Vitamins
4I've not used these long enough to fully see a difference but I like the fact these have magnesium too. The only is I keep forgetting to take them as the instructions say w hour before evening meal. The tablets are also huge!

5Everyone should take magnesium it’s one of the most beneficial vitamins ever but take it at night as it can help with insomnia

4These are cheaper than the boots own brand vitamins I just picked up - I'm impressed! The tablets aren't too big and no strange reflux taste so far
