Very thick and oily

Not sure if I like.. very thick paste and oily. Hard to remove.. I need to use another cleanser afterwards to get it of my face

I love that this is a tube rather than a tin/ pot, does feel tiny bit gritty when you use it but I actually like that. Removes make up including eye make up no problem at all, also lasts ages

This formula is gentle enough for daily use but formulated with effective ingredients to get the results I want. Lightweight texture, not heavy or sticky. No discernible smell.

Leaves a greasy film on the skin

I like how mild and neutral the scent is, and it feels nice on the skin. However, I always have to double cleanse with this because it leaves so much residue on the skin that won’t rinse off, which I really don’t like. None of the other cleansing balms I’ve tried do this, it seems like an error in the formulation that it doesn’t wash away easily with warm water. Won’t be repurchasing.
