This product feels lovely to use and skin is definitely softer feeling but feel like it’s quite hard to remove and feels like I need to cleanse it with something else after

Maybe because it’s winter the product came all separated and with some hard beats inside. It is very unpleasant to use it this way but the manufacturer and the retailer told me it’s OK. I don’t know how will I finish this bottle and definitely do not recommend
