Does really help with bags and circles, takes a wee while to soak in but doesnt dry my eye out and feels moistuising. Always come bk to it and always have a bottle in my cabinet

I end up returning to this product and at the start of using it never feel any difference. However few weeks in and I remember why I return to it! The puffiness of my tired eyes is reduced. Feels tighter and looks fresher. Highly recommend just have to be patient.
