Skin condition very stable
5This is my fourth bottle of The Ordinary Retinol. I have been using it for 1 + year and my skin is very stable, no more outbreaks! Pores are smaller!

Let down
3I’ve been using The Inky List Retinol and tan out so bought this - I love T/O other products such as the salicylic mask. However, these is just sat on my face and hasn’t absorbed well at all. When I felt it go on like oil I thought nope it’s not going to like this texture and I was right. It might work for others but even as I type this - it’s just sat greasy on my face and il be using a cook damp cloth to take it off. I’m unsure which is the greasy part the retinol or the squalane but I won’t buy again - I will use other retinol products though, so it’s not the actual product ingredient just how it’s sat on my skin like greasy slime 😩

Fantastic
5A well priced retinol that doesn’t have a strong smell. It’s not sticky and the dropper makes it easy to use small amounts when needed.

4It makes my skin so soft. I only put a tiny bit drops on my face them my face cream. Someone said they looked much younger!

1Didn't like this product at all. Makes your face feel very greasy if you have oily skin i do not recommend. Will not purchase again.

Anti aging, raved product
5I really like the ordinary in general, giving retinol a go I certainly think improves your skin, it makes it glow more and hopefully it will stop me from aging! Defo start with 0.2 then move up to 0.5 as first time use can be irritating

Wonderful serum
5I have been a consistent serum fan for years. Many are excellent, but the Ordinary 0,5% retinol is not only exceptional for my nature skin but unlike other serums, it is amazing value! I defy anyone to have skin as good as mine at 75 years young. Thank you so much to the makers of the Ordinary.
