Best makeup remover
5I was reluctant to try this product due to the 'squalane' texture since I thought it would be rather oily and I have acne prone skin. Surprisingly though, this cleanser does magic to my skin, specially when removing makeup. It quickly removes all makeup, including waterproof formulas, without drying out my skin but also without giving it a heavy greasy finish. It balances out my skin so it's great after a long day to get rid of all the impurities. Also, it's a handy size for travelling. Highly recommended.

Never going back
5First time trying an oil cleanser - and at first try I wasn't really convinced. But now I really look forward to cleansing my face with this cleanser - no over-stripping or tight/dry feeling after use - in fact my skin feels super soft and yet clear and even toned. And it's super easy to rinse off with just water. Really recommend it!

5I’ve been using La-Roche Posay Effaclar Gel Wash for about 3 years now. I’ve loved The Ordinary and haven’t found one product that disappointed yet, and was really eager to try their cleanser. After comparing the two and seeing that The Ordinary had no sulfates or foaming agents (which does usually leave my skin feeling super tight and needing a huge amount of moisturiser), I was so excited to try this! Both take make up off (although LRP doesn’t state it’s meant for that, but it works), and both only need a tiny amount to work. BUT, The Ordinary doesn’t foam and works just as well if not better. I wasn’t left with a tight feeling on my skin, just clean and soft. You warm it up in your hands which then turns to an oil like consistency on your skin which I quite liked. It says to use on dry skin which will take some getting used to routine wise! I am unsure as to how long it will last me, LRP 500ml would last me 4 months using twice a day, so I hope this will last at least 2. Really recommend!
