Great for oily skin

I have very oily acne prone skin that reacts and breaks out to any hint of moisturisation. I was concerned introducing this because it does feel a bit oily, but it's giving me all the benefits of vitamin c: glowy plump skin, without making me break out. The formula is a bit gritty, so I would advise putting it on half an hour before bed. Half an hour because when you start it does burn a bit and it might keep you awake until it settles. If you find it too uncomfortable use less but you do get used to it over time and it's less of a problem. It's worth the results. And don't worry if your pillow goes a weird colour, it washes out easily.

I have been using the product for a few days. It is pleasant on the face, it does not sting, which could be a problem with a high concentration. I've already tried it with different moisturizing serums and so far it always clumps when applied to the face. The price-performance ratio is great.

Caution if you have sensitive skin

I wanted to love this (avid The Ordinary user), but it's taking a bit of time to settle into, and I'm about to dump it... I have combination/sensitive skin and it burns every time I use it. Not just a tingle, BURNING. It settles within half an hour and my I'm happy with my skin overall so I have persevered for about a fortnight, but I'm not sure it's worth the discomfort.
