Love the smell of this, it helps me to relax so I manage to drift back off to sleep a little quicker compared to when I don't use it. Not a miracle cure but definitely helps

I think this product relies somewhat upon the placebo affect, I don’t know whether this product has made me fall asleep easier or have a better sleep, but I can see why believing it does may have that affect. However my brain works overtime and thinking this stops me from sleeping anyhow.
