5I struggle with insomnia and anxiety about going to bed because i suffer from night terrors, but when i used these in combination i slept much better and had less night terrors because i'd relax enough to go into a deeper sleep. DREAM TEAM IS CORRECT.

Smells really nice
5I have trouble sleeping as it is, so thought it was a try, the smells is really nice not too over powering , and it does help you to fall asleep . Would definitely buy again .
