I suggest this Urban Decay The Naked Palette to every girl with any skin tone and eyes tone. It suits to everyone! Very pigmented and easily cover the eyelids, easily blended. With this palette you need to buy a good blending brush. You do it once but for long-long time you need nothing!

Having read a lot of admiring reviews of Naked, too, wanted to become the owner of this stylish and versatile palettes. Texture Shadows was just perfect for me, they are not dry and silky.
