4Complete Sleep are very good but 2 capsules was enough 1 if you need just to drift off, have not tried 4 but imagine that you would go very deeply

Nice surprise !
4I never had a good sleep, so it was a chance to try something new. It is easier for me to sleep now...a lot of sweet dreams, no nervous .

Complete sleep
5I started with 1 tablet of Complete Sleep and my sleep was immediate with no after effects in the morning. I decided to try 2 tablets which was a big mistake as my body is smaller than the average person. I was asleep as usual, but I had crazy dreams and could not wake up for an hour. I will stick to 1 tablet. I would recommend this product.
