Horrid red shade!

I purchased this as I’ve previously used the the caramel shade on my blonde hair and it was brilliant, my hair is now ginger and I wanted to add some deep coppery tones to it to top it up between colouring however this has turned my hair RED! It has no orange tones in it whatsoever it’s completely red toned and absolutely horrid (think box dye washed out red and you’ve got the shade of this) I’ve washed it twice with head and shoulders and the red tones still won’t budge! Please don’t make the mistake I did don’t buy it!

Not what I expected..

Had my hair done professionally and this product was recommended for aftercare and to brighten my hair up a bit more. Not a bad product however, I just wanted to brighten my new ginger hair and I now currently resemble a cross between a fire engine and some kind of emo goth wannabe. If that’s the look you’re going for then this stuff is ideal, however just not for me..

I have natural auburn hair and was looking to make it a little brighter and freshen up the colour with this product and it didn’t cover my roots at all and stained the ends of my hair a bright red colour. If you’re looking for a natural colour I wouldn’t go for this.

I was abit sceptical about using this product but as the hairdressers are shut I needed something to brighten up my hair and it did! I’m loving how much it actually worked! I am a natural redhead but I have a intense copper put on every 8 weeks at hairdressers. It hasn’t touched my roots but has made the already coloured hair a lot brighter! I would definitely recommend!
