Oh it is pigmented
5Oh boy. I’ve heard great things about wet n wild blushes and decided to try them after years of buying the first one. And what a great thing I did. The colour I chose was mellow wine and it’s a lovely color, but more than that, it’s super blendable and it’s not powdery on the face. However, Be careful because it’s one of the most pigmented blushes I’ve ever tried 😅
