Easy to use for amazing curls
4Lovely item, glided through my hair. I’m useless at getting curls, and this worked for me. Curls and waves lasted a couples of days

Wouldn’t bother
2Lots of effort required for very minimal results. Not worth the price AT ALL. You’re much better off getting the straighteners and just curling your hair with them, works out cheaper. Sent mine back.

AVOID
1Total waste of money. Results are disappointing - don’t expect to get any curls or waves out of this product - it just adds a small wave at the bottom of your hair, so no root lift either. It’s a long and slow process as well and when your hair drops within an hour you’ll wonder why you spent so much time trying to style it. Unjustifiably expensive tool. My hair is mid-length and fine.

Disappointing results
2I've had my ghd Rise for over a year now over which time I have watched several tutorials to find out how best to use them as I was really struggling to get results in the beginning. Having persevered I'm afraid that this product has fallen short of my expectations and so I cannot justify the price paid for this appliance. I have had no success whatsoever using them to create volume at the roots. I've also tried creating loose waves but have had much more success using a much cheaper wand appliance. What I have found it useful for is smoothing out the hair after it has been frizzed out of shape overnight but I expected so much more. I have a good head of fine, shoulder length hair.
