Awful product
1Product is awful, left my hair feeling very fine and weak, it has a weird smell not like the usual Kerastase products I’ve used before, this is the worst shampoo I’ve used in a while, the only way I can describe the smell - think of moth spray, or bad smelling detergent

Great for damaged hair
4I use this when my hair is feeling slightly dry and damaged and always leaves it feeling and looking so much better! I know some people don’t like the smell but I actually think it’s quite pleasant

Amazing as always
5I swayed and tried the wella range, biggest regret. This is hands down, the best shampoo for my hair that gets dry easily. I use it on my kiddo too whose hair literally dreads, this stops that alongside the thermal cream from the range and the oil. Perfectionnnn 😙👌🏼

Brilliant Kerastase!
5I’m a regular buyer of this simply because there is nothing else that makes my thick, slightly unruly hair as silky, shiny and manageable. The smell is so fresh and clean, but not synthetic “fruity” like so many shampoos etc. I use the Bain Satin 2 and Lait Vital every wash (so this combo is great value for me!) and the Masque Intense for thick hair (epais) once a week. Happy hair and happy me!

Hydrating
5Hydrating yet doesn’t make the hair greasy. Been using this for over a year, just bought 3 sets of shampoo and conditioner I like it so much

Smells like a nana
3Whilst this combo feels lovely on the hair, the smell is absolutely disgraceful. If I'm paying this for shampoo I want to smell utterly delicious. Instead I smell like an 80 year old named Gertrude and I don't like it one bit. Come on Kerastase, get with it.

The Top Shampoo for Coloured Hair, have used for over 20 Years
5I started using Kerastase after changing colour from Mouse to postbox Red. I had got a salary increase and treated myself to Salon Shampoo, it was a big expense, I had a Mother who bought every skin product and took us to hairdressers every 6 weeks but would wash her hair with washing up liquid. I could not believe change, my hair looked better, colour lasted longer! I think spending money on hair products is just as important as Facial products and Kerastase is simply the best!!!

Great for my think, dry hair
5I have tried many shampoos and conditioners all with poor results but these are the best yet. Leaves my my thick but dry hair silky and smooth but with less weight.

Great for hair recovery
5I was recommended this after some self inflicted hair damage. It’s moisturising and smells lovely. I’ve been using the product a few weeks now and a little goes a long way
