The best shampoo for thick/unruly hair
4Love this duo, my hair is in the best condition having used it alongside the Bain satin hair mask. -1 Negative star rating because I was promised a free Kerastase gift with my order and it didn’t arrive. This is the second time I’ve excitedly overspent to receive the generous free gift and not received it. All in all, kerastase is a winner!!

5Love these products .. smells lovely , my hair feels light and silky . When i use these products my hair always looks like I've been to the salon without much effort from me at all . I have normal hair , not dry not greasy , natural colour ( no dye) and just a little grey , Its just below shoulder length with a natural wave . This Bain Satin 2 is great for me, my type of hair .

Amazing product
5Absolutely love these products I use it with the thermal protection moisture milk aswell.always leaves my hair soft and shiny smells absolutely gorgeous it's the best my hair has ever been even use it on my lil girls curls to. :-)

Amazing shampoo & conditioner set
5I am so glad I bought this set. During this Covid period my hair has looked like a dry And brittle haystack! I have used Kérastase before and thought I would try it again and I am so happy I did. My hair is back to normal. I alternate monthly between this and the Redken All soft set and I am happier with my hair than ever before, thank you x

Dissaponted
1I was looking forward to receive this product however it doesn't do any good to my hair, leaves it very dull, breakable and very dry even when I am using the masque from the same range. After I wash my hair I can't even run my fingers through it to apply my hair oil. I will not purchase it again and I am disappointed

Gentle for dry hair
4I have used this shampoo for years after being recommended by my hairdresser. There have been times when I've questioned the price or wondered if it was doing anything, and switched back to 'normal' shampoo/conditioner and then regretted it, as my hair went from ok to straw like. I think my hair is that dry from multiple colours and highlighting that I'm asking a lot, and this maintains it. I do though need to supplement it with masks/treatments weekly/monthly. I have used other Kerastase shampoos, and do switch it up with the 'green' one, but this seems to work the best and doesn't weigh my hair down - just a bit pricey!

Excellent product
5My hair is coloured, quite thick and naturally very dry. This combination makes a huge difference to my hair and I won’t be going back to shop bought products. It seems to improve the split ends too, as I use straighteners as well but since using these products have a lot less damage.

Too much for everyday wash
2As someone who washes their hair every day, the shampoo made my hair feel greasy and oily after the first wash. Perhaps better for fewer washes.
