Amazing
5This conditioner is good! Use alongside the shampoo. A little blob goes a long way unlike other conditioners.

Love it
5Never tried this product before but I do love Kérastase shampoo and thought I’d give this a go. I have thick hair which can be hard to dry and tame. It’s also coloured. A little of this smoothed through my hair before blow drying makes styling effortless. Will I buy it again? Yes! Would I recommend it? Absolutely. So glad I discovered this.

Poor cap
1This bottle was obviously designed by someone who doesn’t use hair conditioner. The conditioner is quite thin & you need 3 hands to keep the conditioner in your hand whilst trying to do up the lid. It’s a shame as I love the shampoo.

Love this
5I absolutely love kerastase shampoo & conditioners, best thing i ever did in following my hairdressers advice & buying this make. Although expensive you don't need much so lasts ages, well over 6 months & my hair is in such better condition. I wont be using anything else from now on.

High end excellence
5This is my indulgent essential, pricey but worth every penny. It leaves my hair sleek and shiny, and I don’t need to use a serum when I use this conditioner. On my thrifty days, I use Aussie conditioner but the difference is obvious when I do x

5Love this range of hair care. A lovely light conditioner that doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave it greasy. Will definitely continue to use it.

5This conditioner is excellent, feels very luxurious, you only need a small amount each time (a little goes a long way!!). My hair was very dry & coarse, due to bleach overprocessing & this product has helped restore my hair to it's former 'glory.

Not good changes
3I have to agree with other reviewers - I've used this product many times but this change in formaul and the new tube are really annoying. The design of this product means you have to unscrew the lid?!!! Cue conditioner everywhere. Have the designers of this packaging forgotten to think of their customer and the practicalities of using the product. I think so! the flip side for Kerstase is that I have romped through this product in no time which is really irritating especially when this is premium brand. I don't mind paying for metastasis product as it does a brilliant job but this change in packaging and the apparent lack of thought out in to it does irritate me as it's literally throwing my money down the drain! Hopefully look fantastic will see the numbers of customers feeding back the same thing and put pressure on this brand to put themselves in the shoes of their customers.
