I bought this as it was on offer and for someone who has problematic skin, what's another product on the shelf right?! I suffer with breakouts on my back and shoulders and have searched relentlessly for something that would help but to no avail. Whilst this has not been a miracle cure, after a few weeks of use, it has definatley helped reduce the breakouts and cleanses my oily skin nicely without leaving it feeling dry and tight. Nice lather and has a very slight menthol scent to it.

This is the first product that I have ever used that has actually made such a noticeable improvement to my skin. I’m prone to blemishes and break outs and this actually prevents them and I noticed a difference only after a few days. I honestly can’t believe how good this is. This is the best cleanser I have ever used. I noticed my pores appear smaller after using it a couple of times, it does amazing job cleaning and gently exfoliating, my skin feels so much smoother, love it! It isn’t very scented at all.

I’ve been suffering with cystic acne for a couple of months now due to my PCOS and have used so many products to calm my skin down from the ordinary to Dermalogica nothing seemed to work. I saw this product and decided to try it. As soon as I started using it on my skin, the consistency was completely different to any other the cleaners I have been using. I could feel it was getting rid of my breakouts however not over stripping my skin. After a week of using I could see a big difference with my skin, redness and irritation was decreasing and the size of my painful cystic acne were way smaller. I couldn’t recommend this product enough, especially if you’re suffering from PCOS.

Another great product from La Roche Posay!

I’ve used LRP effaclar duo+ and foaming gel for a while and they’ve both really helped my skin. So when I heard that the micro peeling gel had been added to the range I decided to give it a try, and it’s definitely made my skin noticeably clearer! I now use this cleanser in the mornings, then the foaming gel in the evenings. It makes my skin feel much smoother and clearer, but without making my skin feel tight or dry like some washes do. Definitely recommend, I’ve already ordered the larger bottle while it was on offer!

I use the normal effaclar range and this is a great addition. I use this a couple of times a week. Similar to the normal effaclar face wash gel but this feels a bit stronger and has a cooling sensation. Works well for stubborn blemishes. Very fast delivery with LF thank you.

I was already impressed with the duo + and serozinc. After my previous facial cleanser ran out, I bought this one and it simply complimented with the other La roche products. I use it day and night and it doesn’t dry my skin out. It has a minty feeling after which I like. I never had any breakout even during my period which is a miracle since I started with all La roche products. Life saver! 🤍
