Good gel wash
4A great gel to use in the shower on my acne prone back and chest. Has reduced breakouts without drying skin out and skin tone is more even. Breakouts clear up quickly.

My go-to
5La Roche has been my absolute go-to face wash for a year now. I was very spot-prone on my chin and cheeks. With combination skin, I was a little sceptical at first but it genuinely did wonders for my face. I use it on my back and chest sometimes too which works the same charm for me. I don't have acne but the occasional few spots from hormones. This (personally) gets rid of my spots and impurities in about 24 hours. Highest recommendation for face wash. Also lasts ages!!!

Good for a hormonal spotty chin!
4I use this on my chin where I am prone to break out due to hormones. I have used it on my whole face on occasion and it is a good overall cleanser but I prefer to just use it where needed.

Great for oily skin
4I bought this product as I was really suffering with oily skin and breakouts. After a couple of uses my spots were completely gone! My skin does feel slightly dry now I’m not sure wether that’s got anything to do with this product but my spots are gone! Wahoo!

5It’s a very pleasant gel which really gives you result in have issues with oily skin and acne. Recommend this ( of course it doesn’t make miracles)

Effaclar Micro Peel
5This product is amazing! I’ve been using it for five days now and it has reduced the darkness of my blackheads more than any other product I have used before. My skin feels amazing after use.

Average- not worth it for long term
3When I first used the product it felt good. I had been using majority of the range (cleanser, moisturiser, effaclar duo,spf) and was using the other cleanser before this. What I found was, that this newer la Roche cleanser was more effective than the other cleanser they have. However the cleanser, after months of using it consistently, it has become ineffective. It is not working for me anymore or targeting my concerns. I have jawline acne, blackheads etc. Small spots in my forehead. In my opinion, it is worth looking into a different products that is less expensive. As I bought this product thinking it would be really good as it has been dermatology approved. You are better off spending less on a more effective cleanser that works for long term. I’m now on a journey to find a new cleanser. Possibly cerave.
