First time using this, was after a different cleansing balm to my usual go to Elemis pro collagen balm. LOVED how my skin felt after, soft and hydrated, smooth, pores reduced, my skin overall looked VERY clean. I used this for both my 1st & 2nd cleanse to remove my makeup, it removed everything including my mascara! Will be exploring the rest of the brand!

I have been searching and trying for a new cleaners and this balm is perfect. It does not dry out your kin but hydrates, leaving it softer, supple and smooth. Has a lovely gentle scent which doesn't overpower. Definitely recommend and will be trying other products.

I've been using this product to take off my makeup before double cleansing with a foaming cleanser and WOW it's great! Even takes off my waterproof mascara. I like that it doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped of its goodness or sting my eyes. Love love it. Plus I think it's slightly cheaper than the Elemis pro-collagen one I used to use. Recommend
