I received this in an Look fantastic advent calendar. I used nightly as I struggled to switch off. My husband used to laugh at me for doing this ritual.  When I ran out honestly I couldn’t 😴 sleep. I bought a cheaper product and it was no where near as good.  So bought again and guess what back to sleeping!  Love it

This really helps set the mood for sleep. Bought it as a gift for my partner who has chronic fatigue and really struggles with deep sleep. In all honesty I can’t say whether it’s improved the quality of sleep but it helps as part of good sleep hygiene and the process of relaxing and winding down to help drift off. I really like the scent and as an act of self care I think it’s worthwhile (especially on offer!). My partner likes it too and uses it every night.

Great spray really helps with drifting off to sleep, my kids and I love it and use it every night. 2-3 sprays is enough to help you unwind and relax. My kids are aged 11/09 years old.
