I purchased these vitamins to help with perimenopause symptoms, in particular to help my mood. I have been taking this for little under a month in combination with the hormone balance tablets and I am really seeing a difference. I will definitely purchase again

Love these! My mood has definitely helped I'm currently in an induced chemical menopause. My mum noticed my skin the other day and even my dad noticed how long my hair has grown and I definitely think it's using my new My Vitamins. I bought a whole range and I love them all. Will definitely continue once I run out. I bought 4 months worth to really see what they are like and I'm in about week 6.
